Terms of Service
Last updated May 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of Revly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. They cover bookings, payments, cancellations, liability, and the relationship between you, Revly, and the independent providers who perform services.
- 01
Acceptance of Terms
By using Revly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- 02
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Revly. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- 03
Services
Revly is a marketplace platform connecting vehicle owners with independent service providers — mobile detailers, mechanics, roadside operators, tire technicians, and similar. Revly does not directly perform automotive services. All services are performed by independent third-party providers who are not employees or agents of Revly.
We verify provider documentation during onboarding and provide tools to report and resolve issues, but we are not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of services performed by those providers.
- 04
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- 05
Bookings and Payments
When you book a service through Revly, you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider. Payment is collected through Stripe and held until the service is complete, at which point funds are released to the provider less any platform and processing fees. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; Revly never receives or stores full card information. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of payment data handling.
- 06
Cancellation
You may cancel a booking at no charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Providers may cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances; in those cases you will receive a full refund. Specific cancellation terms for a booking are shown at checkout and in your booking details.
- 07
Provider Conduct
Providers on Revly are independent contractors. Revly does not direct or control how a provider performs the service. We require providers to comply with applicable laws, hold appropriate insurance, and act professionally, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
If you have a concern about service quality, raise it through the in-app dispute flow or by emailing [email protected]. We will work in good faith with both parties to reach a resolution.
- 08
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Revly to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate another person • Interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- 09
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- 10
Privacy
Your use of Revly is also governed by our Privacy Policy at revly.ca/legal/privacy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the app you acknowledge that policy.
- 11
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except where prohibited by law.
- 12
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
